Balochistan dust storm lowers temp, causes haze over Mumbai
Mumbai: A day after light rain, the city was layered with a sheet of dust all through Sunday because of occasional dust-raising winds. While visibility was thus reduced, Mumbai also saw its lowest January day temperature in a decade. The weather bureau’s Santacruz observatory recorded a maximum temperature of 23.8 degrees Celsius, which was almost seven degrees below normal.
