Court: 'F**k off' is sexually coloured term, harassment
Observing that the term “f**k off” is a “sexually coloured” remark, a Delhi court has upheld sexual harassment charges against a man who had allegedly threatened a woman using abusive language, reports Vineet Upadhyay. The court of additional sessions judge Sanjay Sharma said in ordinary sense, it is “abusive, offensive and humiliating”. “There is a prima facie case that the petitioner used the word with the intent to insult modesty of the complainant,” it said.
