IT takes nerves of steel to succeed as a comedian. Take someone like Desmond Dube, who is blessed with a funny bone and has showed staying power in this competitive field. Desmond has been amusing comedy lovers with hilarious gags for years and is known for hilarious shows such as Suburban Bliss, Dube on Monday, Joburg Bliss and Friends Indeed.

HIS NEW SHOW

After years of dishing out spirited and fun acts on TV and in theatre, Desmond is now the host of a larger than life show, #Karektas, which airs every Friday on  SABC 2 at 7pm. The comedy game show also features comedians such as Jordan Molefe, Nina Hastie and John Lata.
