The highlight of the 20th Annual Chef Awards was the recognition of excellence in culinary arts through a series of prestigious awards. The awards ceremony featured the presentation of the top 7 chef awards, exclusively for senior chefs, selected through nominations by a grand jury. This year, five Presidium Awards were introduced, recognizing individuals for their exceptional contributions to hospitality journalism, food service entrepreneurship, hospitality skills competitions, and hospitality & culinary arts.
Among the esteemed winners, Chef Shaju Zacharia received the Presidium Award for Lifetime Achievement, while Mr. P. Krishna Kumar was honored for his outstanding contribution to hospitality journalism.
