The U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) defines “Hispanic or Latino” as a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race. “When someone thinks that they can’t buy a house because they have been told no by other companies, we can help. We have a lot of experience; we love what we do; and we’re able to help people buy property, which is a win-win for them and for everyone in the community,” Raul says.
