BASIC: Can you talk to us about your upbringing and when you fell in love with the piano?
CHLOE: I have been in love with music since I was born, my parents say. Apparently, when certain piano concertos would come on the radio or record player, I would jump up in my crib and dance and yell. My parents said I was able to recognize my favorite melodies before I could even walk or talk. So, as soon as I was able to they started me on piano, violin and cello.
BASIC: You shared the stage with Cardi B during your debut Grammy performance, leaving audiences completely mesmerized by your fierce talent. Can you talk to us about how you felt on stage and what it was like performing with such an influential musician?
