Seeking a peaceful space where the whole family could escape to after a busy day, these owners recently renovated their property, reviving it with plenty of personality.

Situated in a small residential suburb in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, this home boasts a classic, serene ambience with a modern feel.

“Our home has splendid views from the top of the mountain, and the area has narrow roads, which means there are no speeding cars, making it safer for children too. The area has big plots, extremely low crime statistics and is generally peaceful,” says the owner.

Working with an interior designer, the owners wanted to achieve a timeless look and feel that would be elegant too – a space they could fall in love with daily and never tire of.
