Situated in a Blue Flag area, this beautiful property is designed and built on a sand dune, and is a mere five-minute walk away from the beach. So it’s no wonder that the main inspiration for the home’s design was that it needed to offer these residents the ability to enjoy the full 360° view of the ocean.
One of the many ways that this was achieved was through the inclusion of a surf room that leads out onto the rooftop balcony, which is not only exceptional for the views but also for entertaining guests. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom as well.
