It’s a tough choice. On one hand you want to push yourself and make the most of the good conditions. But you don’t want to put yourself in a dangerous situation by going out in conditions that are too big or heavy for you.
But what if it’s just a little too big, or if you’re at the stage when you’re ready to improve your surfing in bigger waves. Well, ‘if in doubt paddle out’. You can always turn around and come in.
