We love waking up to Ben Shephard’s cheeky face on Good Morning Britain alongside his pals Kate Garraway and Susanna Reid. But it’s not just early in the morning you can catch him: Ben, 42, also hosts game show Tipping Point and the brilliant Ninja Warrior UK. Away from the cameras, Ben is never far from the gym, and last year even competed in an ultra triathlon for charity. we caught up with the star, who’s married to wife Annie Perks and dad to Sam, 11, and Jack, nine, to talk TV wives and how he has managed to walk the warped wall.…

I love this show. The contestants have really inspired me to get ninja fit this year! For them to take on the challenge in front of a TV audience of millions deserves a medal. They make it look easy, but it is so tough.
You are such an action man – could you walk the Warped Wall?
I have tried it, got up and it was great! That’s the thing I most enjoy – people getting to the top of the wall and that moment of glory and triumph.
