THE UK'S NATIONAL PARKS WITH CAROLINE QUENTIN
NEW MON, 9PM, MORE4 TRAVELOGUE
Caroline Quentin has always felt a special connection to the national parks that grace England, Scotland and Wales. So the actor and presenter is thrilled to be celebrating their beauty in a new More4 series, The UK’s National Parks with Caroline Quentin.
‘For a few years, I was president of the Campaign for National Parks, and I believe that nature heals us, and this land is ours to use,’ says Caroline as TV Times catches up with her for an exclusive chat. ‘These parks are extraordinary.’
The four-parter sees the Men Behaving Badly and Doc Martin star visit some of the 15 national parks – from the mountains of the Cairngorms to the tors of Dartmoor and the coastline of Pembrokeshire – to explore their stunning scenery, get close to their wonderful wildlife and meet people who live and work within their boundaries.
Here, Caroline, 63, who is always a delight to interview, tells us about her journey of discovery…
