SINCE FOUNDING A-Cold-Wall in 2015, and SR_A in 2019, British creative director Samuel Ross has introduced a design language that promotes immersive, radical collaborations, leading to multi-year partnerships with such brands as Beats, Nike, Timberland, Converse Dr. Martens, Mackintosh, RideCake, Absolut, Acqua Di Parma and Hublot. The polymathic creative powerhouse was named on the Forbes “30 under 30 Europe” list in 2020; has won numerous distinctions including GQ Fashion Awards and British Fashion Awards; received the Hublot Design Prize in 2019.
Over the years, Ross has made a lasting imprint through his unique take on brands including Dr Marten’s, Mercedes-Benz, Nike, and Oakley, and developed a global cult following with a long list of celebrity clientele ranging from Lewis Hamilton and Idris Elba to Lebron James, Jay Z and BTS. As an active artist, Ross has been exhibiting in various museums around the world including Victoria & Albert Museum in London, National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh, and Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, as well as galleries with solo exhibitions (White Cube, Friedman Benda, Design Miami).
