Hosepipe ban finally lifted
THE hosepipe ban affecting Plymouth and the rest of Devon and Cornwall is set to end within days after more than a year of restrictions. South West Water confirmed in August that it planned to lift the ban soon after a bout of recent rainfall but did not release an exact date until now.
