A CONVICTED terrorist is suing a historic pub, claiming its sign is "deeply offensive".

Khalid Baqa, who has twice been jailed for terror offences, said the portrait at The Saracen's Head Inn is "racist and inciting violence".

Now Baqa, 60, is suing the pub in 500-year-old Chesham, Bucks, for £1,850 over the sign.

Landlord Robbie Hayes, 52, said he returned from a holiday to find a letter from HM Courts and Tribunals containing a writ.
