HIGH-PROFILE men who visited Jeffrey Epstein's Caribbean island have been sent into "a blind panic" after Donald Trump hinted he would release their names.
Only a handful of men, including Prince Andrew, are known to have visited Little Saint James, owned by the late financier and child sex offender.
But now, dozens more powerful men - which is understood to include several Brits are fearful they could be identified if Trump is re-elected.
A survivor of Epstein's abuse, now 37, implored Trump to reveal the names.
She added: "People are very nervous.
