THE mum who died with her three kids in a house fire had allegedly been throttled by her ex just weeks earlier.Bryonie Gawith, 29, Denisty Birtle, nine, Oscar Birtle, five, and 22month-old Aubree Birtle all died in the blaze on Wednesday.Jonathan Birtle, 34, had appeared before Bradford and Keighley magistrates accused of strangulation, assault and theft weeks before the fire.Birtle was remanded in custody and was behind bars when the blaze was set in the city.
