The Unite last night announced fresh ambulance worker walkouts and accused Rishi Sunak of an "abdication of leadership" in the bitter pay row.
Thousands of nurses already plan industrial action on February 6 and 7. Now ambulance workers in the GMB union will join them on the first of those days.

Unite confirmed yesterday&nbsp;workers from five ambulance trusts will also walk out that day.

The PM's spokesman said: "It's disappointing that some union members are going ahead with strikes at a time the NHS is under huge pressure."
