JERMAINE Jenas went from hero to zero - rescuing a motorist from his crashed car hours before it was revealed he'd been sacked by the BBC.
The ex-footballer rushed from his £7million mansion to help pull a driver from his mangled BMW after it smashed into a tree.
Jenas, 41, and neighbour Peter Marino waited with him until police and an ambulance arrived.
