FEUDING rockers The View are back on track – insisting there won’t be any repeat of the fight that made the band go viral on their comeback.
At the band’s low-key return at Manchester club Deaf Institute in May, singer Kyle Falconer exchanged punches on stage with bassist Kieren Webster. Guitarist Pete Reilly intervened but the fight led to the cancellation of The View’s London show.
A rueful Kyle told me: “We made it up straight away. It’s best not to talk about what happened but it’s all sorted.
“We’ve played festival shows since and we’re playing phenomenally.
