They were also impacted by loud music from a Santa’s Grotto operating in the car park in Farnworth, Bolton, a licensing hearing was told. The panel refused the application after the local council received 13 objections, including from its own licensing team. St Gregory’s had applied for a licence for amplified and live music until 1am.
