SMART tech could be snooping on our pillow talk and even filming us in bed, boffins have warned.Cyber security experts said wi-fi connected bedroom items such as smart TVs, beds, pillows, blinds and mirrors, as well as sleep and health apps, collect a raft of sensitive data.An analysis by web security firm Surfshark found just one in five of such apps or devices prioritised privacy - risking data leaks.The study said: "Our homes are our most private spaces, with the bedroom being especially personal."Although smart bedroom devices - ranging from smart pillows to window shades and blinds - offer convenience, they may lead to concerns about compromising user privacy." It added some of the sensitive data about users included ethnic background, sexual orientation, health, religion, political opinions and even trade union membership.Surfshark privacy expert Goda Sukackaite said: "Not only does this pose significant privacy risks, but it also heightens the potential for misuse and exploitation."
