1 HANG A STATEMENT PENDANT LIGHT
You may not think you have space for an oversized pendant in your home, but above a dining table is the perfect spot. If you lack a light fitting directly above the table, use an extra long cord to extend the pendant to your desired location and attach a hook to the ceiling to hold it in place.
2 REPLACE SOLID WARDROBE DOORS WITH RATTAN
Get the designer look without the hefty price tag. Remove the inner panels from wardrobe doors and staple cane sheets to the backs. There's no need to wetstretch the cane - just pull it and fix in place. Woven linen or soft slub cotton will create a similar textured look.
STYLE TIP
Cheat the look of woodpanelled walls with wallpaper. It will give a featureless room more depth and add a feeling of warmth too
WALLPAPERS TO WOW

3 ZONE A WFH SPACE WITH PAINT
To define a working zone in an open-plan space, simply paint the wall in a distinctive shade. In an understairs area like this one, a pop of earthy red with a slim desk below clearly marks a dedicated WFH set-up, but on a flat wall you could take the paint from floor to ceiling and over to create a cocooning office or study spot.
4 Greate an eye-catching display by hanging a collection of colourful trays in a variety of different shapes and sizes on the wall.
5 REFRESH YOUR KITCHEN WITH NEW CUPBOARD DOOR FRONTS
