NDMA to determine ex-gratia amount for kin of those who died due to Covid-19: SC
The Supreme Court directed the NationalDisaster Management Authority (NDMA) to determine within six weeks the ex-gratia amount that can be paid to family members of persons who succumbed to Covid-19 while stating that NDMA had failed to discharge its statutory duty.
