Swamp of Hopes and Dreams.
What Went...Right..Wrong
For most of the contest, Eli Manning played very well and gave his team a chance to win. Yes, he threw a bad interception and somehow sailed his last pass attempt over tight end Evan Engram’s outstretched body, but when you finish a game with 434 yards passing with 37 completions, three touchdowns, and one INT, you should win the game nine out of ten times.
Eli's Last Stand
Thirteen years ago last month, on a humid 57degree late afternoon at Giants Stadium, Eli Manning made his NFL debut as a starting quarterback against Michael Vick and the Atlanta Falcons. Giants’ management and head coach Tom Coughlin had seen enough of Kurt Warner despite leading the Giants to a 5-4 record and wins over the Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, and Green Bay Packers. They needed to see Manning. And Warner, ever the class act, gracefully stepped aside to begin a new era in New York Giants football.
A Tangled Webb
Dear Giants Brass, We know you feel like you made a mistake in benching Eli Manning. After all, he’s not only a Manning, he’s OUR Manning. Winner of two Super Bowls and countless golly-shucks grins. But just a couple of weeks ago, that grin became a grimace. The face of the Giants had a face edged with tears. He had been unmercifully benched after 210 straight starts for a retread QB that was cut by those same old Jets.

Greco's Giant Take
Howard Livingston Will Certainly Be Missed
Howard Livingston certainly wore a lot of hats. He was a wonderful man, a loving husband, a tremendous father (a fact even further confirmed as I got to know his daughter Debbie in Howard’s later years).

Round one: Evan Engram
If Eli Manning is indeed reaching the twilight of his career, the New York Giants hope that the Ole Miss Rebels are still represented on their roster in the event of his departure.
Round Two: Dalvin Tomlinson
Roll … Blue? In order to replace the Indianapolis-bound Johnathan Hankins, the New York Giants saw red, crimson to be exact, when they took Alabama DT Dalvin Tomlinson with their second pick of the 2017 NFL Draft, 55th overall.
Round Four: Wayne Gallman
It would appear NJ Transit will not be the only ones with trains coming into MetLife Stadium this fall, since the New York Giants will be fielding one on the field this season following their fourth-round selection in the 2017 NFL Draft.

All Eyes on Eli for Giant Turnaround

It’s been anything but a career year for the New York Giants, whose season probably didn’t even outlive your Halloween jack-o-lanterns.
From 11-5 To Unemployment
The question is no longer whether Ben McAdoo will be the Giants’ head coach come January. Only a stunning turnaround by his football team, as stunning as the Giants compiling one win through mid-November, will save McAdoo’s job.

Ourlads' Take On Top Prospects
Days 1 and 2 of the 2017 NFL Draft brought three new players to the Giants roster. The athletic tight end Evan Engram, pro-ready defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson, and potential quarterback of the future Davis Webb join Big Blue to help the organization both right away and years from now. What can we expect?

Once known for their prowess at AT&T Stadium, the House That Jerry Built had become a house of horrors to the New York Giants, accounting for some of the most heartbreaking moments in the Tom Coughlin era.

Let’s look at some key positions where there are new starters and new personnel.
Beckham, McAdoo downplay Norman's return
Norman may be wearing new colors, but that might just only add to the animosity between the rivals, as Norman is now a member of the Giants NFC East rival, the Redskins.

Where Do They Go From Here?
The Giants were pretty much finished before they started 0-5 and Odell Beckham Jr., was finished for the season. A month’s worth of mistake-prone games provided the necessary fodder that the Giants were on their way to six or seven wins, eight if everything broke right.
Down, But Definitely Not Out
Yes, the injury-filled loss to the Los Angeles Chargers gave a whole new meaning to the mantra, “Next man up!” The game was an epic meltdown in attrition and bad play. By the last drive, the Giants had so many new guys playing different positions, it looked like a string of sneaky Bill Belichick trick plays.
Who Sunk The Ship?
Paul Schwartz: Blame anyone. Blame everyone. When an NFL team loses its first five games it is fair game to point fingers, toes, and elbows. Sometimes, one side of the ball is performing decently and the other side is so horrible that it is appropriate to focus the derision on the offense, or the defense. There is no doubt a case could be made that the 0-2 start was almost exclusively pinned on the lack of scoring, as the Giants managed to put up a total of 13 points in losses to the Cowboys and Lions.
