As a result of the busy fixture list and print deadlines, I am writing this column before our Premier League game against Fulham, so I will not be able to discuss this match.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?
The last time we faced an Austrian side in a straight knockout European tie – our two-legged UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup clash with SV Stockerau in 1991 – home grown talent VINNY SAMWAYS was an integral component of our midfield. We recently caught up with the Spurs youth graduate and 1991 FA Cup winner to discuss his time at the Club, his journey since and find out what he’s up to now.
TOURING TRAILBLAZERS
Not much was known about our very first overseas tour back in May 1905, which saw us head to Austria for the first of seven friendly matches on the continent. So, JON RAYNER delved into the history books to discover a tale of a nation enraptured by the visit of an English team and details never before published by the club from our fixtures in Vienna.

A talented midfielder with a wand of a left-foot, ANDY REID joined us from Nottingham Forest in January, 2005, but left just 18 months later as he was restricted to limited opportunities in a Spurs shirt.
