Morris Lubricants Enters India, Plans Exports to Neighbouring Countries
The UK-based Morris Lubricants, the global manufacturer of lubricants, has entered India through its fully-owned subsidiary, Paterson Lubricants India. Based in Mumbai, the company has appointed George Oakes, an Amalgamation Group company, as a distribution partner in India.
Kazi Industries Plans JV With Twigg Aerospace
Kazi Industries, manufacturer of engine and wing components for aerospace industry, is in talks with the US-based Twigg Aerospace for a joint venture. “We have initiated talks with Twigg Aerospace and negotiation is going on for a possible joint venture. This is likely to be formed by 2018. When the JV gets realised, we will have the upper hand in terms of raw materials, technology and machines. This is going to complement our manufacturing,” said Feeroz H Fazi, CEO, Kazi Industries.

The Indian arm, Apollo Aerospace Components India Private Ltd based in Bengaluru provides aerospace standard parts and fasteners and all kinds of Class-III parts for aerospace industry.
