A YOUNG footballer is cycling to Munich for Euro24 just eight months after he was left fighting for life following a horror crash.
Ethan Walker, 18, was airlifted to a hospital in New York in September when he was struck by a car, suffering life-changing injuries.
The talented player, from Ellon in Aberdeenshire, had left Huntly FC which he captained as a youth player - to attend a football scholarship in the US as the centre back for Genesee Community College soccer team.
But his dream turned into a nightmare when he was hit by a car while walking back to his college dorm.
