After winning the international design competition, Kokaistudios returned to Shanghai’s most exclusive waterfront district and completed a multifaceted interiors project for landmark architecture scheme, Bund Finance Center. Designed by Heatherwick Studios in partnership with Foster + Partners, the 91,982 sqm mixed-use development represents a significant addition to the city’s skyline, connecting Shanghai’s historic old town to its commercial heart.
