It isn't every day that we get to see edupreneurs who start their journey to make a change; a change that could help people Upskill, Reskill and Rediscover themselves. One such Edupreneur who is working to bring a change in the society is Dr.Rachanaa Datey. She is a Visionary Academician and a Trainer whose metiers are really about the way she constantly succeeds in finding innovative possibilities to understand, train, guide and motivate the individuals.

She used to work a corporate stint which paid well and established a secure lifestyle. But, her passion to do something impactful and bring some change in the society and make opportunities of skill based (Soft & Technical) education and trainings accessible to all people including children, youth and women kept a fire of dissatisfaction burning inside her. One day, she took the leap of faith and quit her corporate stint. She then enrolled herself into a doctoral degree in Management Finance.

After spending almost 10 years in core academics, thanks to her passion, courage, quick decision-making ability, and the creativeness of her character, along with the appetite for learning new things and taking the calculated risks she established her dream venture, 'QUEST EDUSTATION -Trainings and Learning Solutions' with a clear vision of up skilling the individuals and helping them to be more confident about who they are. This is intended to facilitate them to rediscover themselves with self-esteem and establish a niche.
