You've worked all year long on your health and fitness goals, and although a sublime summer break is needed, that doesn't have to mean a break from getting your heart pumping and muscles flexing. These simple and fun workouts are sure to help you keep up your exercise routine, as well as maintain your overall fitness and strength.
ALL ON THE TABLE Find a sturdy table or chair and you've got a gym buddy. Between the beach and the bar, take time to squeeze in a quick 15-minute workout session at home or the hotel.
TRICEP DIPS
Work your chest and triceps using your chair - just make sure that your furniture doesn't have any wheels on it (that's an injury waiting to happen). With your back facing the chair, put your palms flat on the seat behind you, using your fingers to get a solid grip. Keeping your heels on the ground and your legs straight in front of you, lower yourself until your upper arms are nearly parallel to the ground. Lift yourself back up to your starting position that's one rep. Do 10-15 reps.
