ONE of the companies slammed over failures in delivering the Covid-19 test and trace system expects to post a 50% surge in profits.
Outsourcing giant Serco was criticised over its poor record on tracking down people who had been in contact with others infected with coronavirus.
But it revealed yesterday that it raked in around £340million from Covid-related contracts here and abroad in the first six months of this year.
