Such a thought-provoking quote by Abdul Kalam! Born to a middle-class family in Mysore, Raghav Belavadi was an average student. Marks and ranks never lured him. He would sit on the last benches with the slightest interest in studies. Later, he graduated from the National Institute of Engineering(Mysore). Rejection echoed whenever he would apply for engineering jobs. Still, he didn't stop; he kept going.
During this while, he discovered a new talent within himself- the ability to convince people, manage clients' talks and influence the CXOs. With solid communication and practical leadership skills, he worked in global leadership roles at top-notch companies like Accenture, Wipro, Mercer and Infosys. Along with him comes his precious 18 years of experience, a treasure full of learnings and wisdom in business strategy, product innovation and user experience.
Raghav Belavadi, though working at such big MNCs, was never satisfied. He felt the urge to start on his own. Entrepreneurship started flowing in his veins. His first venture was an InsurTech company based out in Switzerland. After getting a massive exit from his premiere startup, he finally moved to India.
