BOBBY Brazier has agreed to stay on at EastEnders, much to the relief of soap bosses.
The 20-year-old actor and model has received a wave of work offers since appearing on Strictly last year.
Bobby, who plays Freddie Slater in the BBC soap, was believed to be thinking of quitting, but he has now signed on the dotted line to stay.
A source said: "Bobby is seen as one of Albert Square's brightest young stars,&nbsp;and to lose him would have been a massive blow for the show.
"He loves playing Freddie but was in such demand after Strictly, he felt he needed to give all of the offers open to him proper consideration.
"He has other projects but they will&nbsp;run alongside his work on the show." Bobby, the son of TV presenter Jeff Brazier and the late reality star Jade Goody, said in January: "The next couple of years is about getting experience, so maybe some theatre, film and learning to sing."
An EastEnders spokeswoman said: "We never comment on artists' contracts".
