The PM's close protection officers intervened when labrador Nova was allowed to run free in Hyde Park.
The dog was filmed off her lead in the Central London space, just yards from a sign telling owners not to do it.
In January Mr Sunak was fined for failing to wear a seatbelt in a car.
Last year he was fined for attending a lockdown-busting gathering in No10.
