DONALD Trump yesterday became the first US President ever to go on criminal trial.
And the judge dealt him a bitter blow by allowing former Playboy model Karen McDougal, 53, who had an alleged affair with him, to testify at his porn star hush money trial.
He is accused of criminally altering business records to cover up a £104,200 ($130,000) payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels, 45, real name Stephanie Clifford, in 2016.
She claims she had a sexual encounter with him a decade earlier.
