A GIRL who has been killed in a suspicious fire at a block of flats has been described as "funny and loving".
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The blaze is being investigated as suspected arson.
Police had not confirmed the identity of the teenage victim last night, but tributes have been paid online to a 14-year-old girl.
One said: "She was a beautiful person inside and out. She was funny and loving.
