COMPANY MAN At the coffeehouse, Elena urges Nate not to burn bridges with Lily and Devon if he follows through with leaving Chancellor-Winters. Later, when Nate informs Imani that he is planning to exit the company, she suggests that Nate begin acting more ruthlessly in order to succeed there.... Lily and Billy discuss the dynamics between Nate and Devon. Billy states that he thinks Devon's reasons for shooting down Nate's ideas sound like excuses.... Devon confronts Nate for storming out of the meeting with Jill. Billy steps in when Devon and Nate's argument escalates. Nate announces that he is going to quit the company. He then calls Elena and asks her to meet up. He tells her about his new plan to succeed; she urges him to move forward cautiously.

GENERAL HOSPITAL

SON SCREEN Cody helps Sam and Dante move in together. Sonny drops in and presses Cody about his dealings with Spinelli. Cody covers. Mac tries to learn more about Cody from Britt. Felicia theorizes to Mac and Maxie that Mac could be Cody's father. Mac concedes that it's a possibility. Felicia and Maxie encourage Mac to find out the truth, but Mac has reservations. Britt asks Cody why Mac is so interested in him. Maxie arrives and reveals that Cody is a suspect in Ava's attack; Cody is outraged. Maxie notes that Britt's opinion of Cody seems to have changed. Cody calls someone and asks if he can change their impression of him. After some debate - and a conversation with Dante in which they reference an incident from their past involving cops - Cody decides to accept Selina's terms for being her ringer in one of her high-stakes poker games.

DAYS OF OUR LIVES

ROMANCE REPORT Chanel and Allie drop off their "Vote for Abe" cookie order at Paulina's and are shocked to learn that Paulina's the one who is now running for governor.... Alex asks Chanel and Allie to help him get over Stephanie with sex, but they decline. Later, Alex finds Stephanie having a drink alone. He offers to leave, but she relents and says he can stay and have a drink with her.... Johnny and EJ argue over Ava, who is packing to leave. Johnny urges her to stay, and they share an electric kiss. Johnny and Ava almost make love. EJ finds them and orders Ava to leave. Johnny and Ava head to the Salem Inn. Chanel and Allie are stunned to see them enter the hotel. The women argue over the relationship. After, Allie tracks down Ava to talk about Johnny.

BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL

MATERNAL INSTINCT Back from her stolen moment with Hayes, Sheila notes to Deacon that she is having a maternal pull toward Finn. Deacon advises Sheila to be in the now and realize she can't have a relationship with Finn and Hayes. Once Deacon leaves, Sheila vows that she will be a part of Finn's life.

Catching up with.....Mckenna Grace

Lifetime's THE BAD SEED RETURNS is the sequel to 2018's THE BAD SEED, and 16-year-old Mckenna Grace reprised her role, executive-produced and co-wrote the film with her father, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ross Burge. The flick premiered on Labor Day and is now streaming via Lifetime. Grace shared during the TCA press tour that she and her father conceived and wrote the script while under Covid-19 quarantine.
