Start your day off right with a nutrient-packed beverage or bowl

SUPER-GREEN THICKIE
PREP TIME: 5 MINS
SERVES 2 (AS A LIGHT BREAKFAST)
20g baby spinach leaves
20g kale, stem removed and chopped
1 large banana
11/2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
150ml oat milk or milk of your choice, plus a little extra if needed
3 Tbsp rolled oats
1 Tbsp flaxseeds Ice cubes, to serve
1 Put spinach, kale, banana, maple syrup, oat milk, oats and flaxseeds in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth, adding a little more milk if it’s too thick.
