बैंगन की खेती

बैंगन सोलेनैसी जाति की फसल है जो कि मूल रूप से भारत की फसल है। आमतौर पर इसकी खेती सब्जी के लिए की जाती है। हमारे देश के अलावा भी यह अन्य कई देशों की प्रमुख सब्जी की फसल है। बैंगन की फसल बाकी फसलों से ज्यादा सख्त होती है। इसके सख्त होने के कारण इसे शुष्क या कम वर्षा वाले क्षेत्रों में भी उगाया जा सकता है। यह विटामिन तथा खनिजों का अच्छा स्त्रोत है।

फसलों के अनुसार खुद को ढाल रही हैं टिड्डिया

टिड्डियां गंध की मदद से फसलों को पहले से बेहतर तरीके से पहचान रही हैं तथा उनके अनुसार अपने आपको ढाल रही हैं। इस काम को वे अरबों से ज्यादा जीवों के झुंड में आसानी से कर सकती हैं। इस चिंताजनक बात का खुलासा यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ कोंस्टांज के क्लस्टर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस कलेक्टिव बिहेवियर के शोधकर्ताओं द्वारा किया गया है।

बाजरे की खेती और पैदावार

अधिक बाजरे का उत्पादन और लाभ हेतु उन्नत प्रौद्योगिकियां अपना आवश्यक है। भारत दुनिया का अग्रणी बाजरा उत्पादक देश है। भारतवर्ष में लगभग 85 लाख हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र में बाजरे की खेती की जाती है, जिसमें से 87 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र राजस्थान, महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात, उत्तर प्रदेश एवं हरियाणा राज्यों में है।

कृषि विकास में सोशल मीडिया की भूमिका

मौजूदा युग में सूचना एवं टैक्नॉलोजी द्वारा अनेक ऐसी सूचनाओं का प्रसार हो रहा है जिस कारण घर बैठे किसानों को कृषि विषय की सलाह प्राप्त हो रही है। सूचना एवं संचार के उपलब्ध साधनों का प्रयोग कृषि की प्रगति को बढ़ाने में सहायक होता है और इस मेल का प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को लाभ होता है। इन साधनों का प्रयोग परामर्श सेवाएं देने एवं किसान, कृषि विशेषज्ञ एवं अन्य हिस्सेदारों के बीच संचार आसान बनाने के लिए किया गया है।

एक संधारणीय भविष्य बनाने के लिए विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के विभिन्न हितधारकों के सामूहिक प्रयास और सहयोग की आवश्यकता है। जबकि वाणिज्यिक कम्प्यूटर और यात्री वाहन हमेशा पर्यावरणविदों की आलोचना का सामना करते हैं जो लगातार स्वच्छ ऊर्जा की मांग करते हैं।

कीटनाशकों के सुरक्षित भंडारण एवं विवेकपूर्ण उपयोग का तरीका

आधुनिक कृषि में कीटनाशकों का बहुत महत्व है। कीटनाशक उन रासायनिक या जैविक पदार्थों के मिश्रण को कहते हैं जो कि कीटों, बीमारियों व खरपतवारों आदि से फसलों को नुकसान से बचाने के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं।

सीमांत किसानों पर जलवायु परिवर्तन का प्रभाव

विकास खुफिया इकाई (डीआईयू) के सहयोग से समतामूलक विकास के लिए उद्यम मंच (एफईईडी) की ओर से सीमांत किसानों पर जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रभाव पर तैयार की गई रिपोर्ट से पता चला है कि सर्वेक्षण में शामिल 60 प्रतिशत से अधिक सीमांत किसानों को पिछले पांच वर्षों में चरम मौसम की घटनाओं के कारण फसल का काफी नुकसान उठाना पड़ा है, जिनमें से आधे से अधिक ने गंभीर प्रभाव की बात कही है।

कृषि में कार्बनिक खादों का महत्व

मिट्टी की उत्पादन क्षमता जिससे पौधों को सन्तुलित मात्रा में पोषक तत्व उपलब्ध होते रहें। कार्बनिक खादें जैसे, गोबर की खाद, कम्पोस्ट परम्परागत रूप से मृदा उर्वरा शक्ति में वृद्धि कर फसलों की अच्छी पैदावार लेने के लिए अच्छी मानी गई है।

मृदा परीक्षण फसल उत्पादकता एवं गुणवत्ता वृद्धि हेतु वरदान

पूरी दुनिया में बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या का भरण पोषण कृषि पर ही निर्भर है, 1950 के बाद भारत समेत सम्पूर्ण विश्व में जनसंख्या में कुछ ज्यादा ही वृद्धि हुई है। इस बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या ने हमें कृषि उत्पादन बढ़ाने के तौर तरीकों के बारे में सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया जिसके फलस्वरूप हरित क्रांति का जन्म हुआ। हरित क्रांति में अधिक खाद्यान्न उत्पादन के लिये किसानों ने रासायनिक उर्वरकों, कृषि रसायनों और सिंचाई साधनों का अंधाधुंध प्रयोग किया जिससे मृदा स्वास्थ्य में भारी कमी आई है।

स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वाद की पहचान बने जैविक कृषि उत्पाद

वर्तमान परिवेश में विश्व उपभोक्ता की जैविक कृषि उत्पादों में रूचि एवं मांग बढ़ रही है। लेकिन इसके विपरीत सर्वाधिक जैविक खेती का रकबा रखने वाला भारत उत्पादन एवं विश्व बाजार में अपने जैविक कृषि उत्पाद के विक्रय प्रदर्शन में कमतर साबित हो रहा है।
