The May issue of Kairos welcomes the new editor Adv. K. J. Johnson. Elseena Joseph’s article gives suggestions and testimonies on how to be more humanitarian to others. In the Q&A section, psychologist Tintu Tony answers the readers’ queries on life and relationships. George Athungal shares his reminiscences with Reshma Joy on how training programs facilitated the growth of the movement during its early stage. Simi Abraham, Princy Joji, Asha Sanil, and Binu Joseph testifies how they experienced God’s grace in their family at the time of need. Nithin Jose Urumbenirapel interviews the recent IAS recipient Dr. Nirmal Ouseppachan on how prayer and constant participation in Eucharistic celebration helped in achieving his successes. Ajai Augustine points out the lives of many teenagers around him who have courageously initiated prayer groups and accompanied other teenagers to Jesus. Santhosh Dominic Thudanthil writes about the true meaning of being in a family and the necessity of maintaining good relationships within it. Kairos Description:
Kairos is purely a youth initiative for the youth. It is being published from 1977 onwards. It is a group of young people from Calicut who initiated it. From 1998 onwards, it is being published under the sponsorship of Kerala Jesus Youth. Personal Experiences of Youth, Lifestyle Guides, Discussions, Opinions, Church News, Responses to Current Events, Jesus Youth News, Youth-centric Insights and much more – all this put together in a light and simple manner that can be instantly recognized as the ‘Kairos style’. It is the only youth and teenage communication in Malayalam with a focus on the Church. Kairos helps thousands of youth form relevant responses and lifestyles in today’s world based on the Church’s teachings through simple sharing of spiritual experiences by young people. Brings together young people endeavoring to live a life of faith in Jesus.
