Jim and Mike Ring, cofounders of the world renowned custom car builder Ringbrothers, unveiled a 1948 Cadillac fastback coupe called “Madam V” in the Flowmaster booth at the 2016 SEMA Show on November 1, 2016. “Madam V,” commissioned by car dealership mogul Wes Rydell, perfectly melds early and late model Cadillacs to create a one-of-a-kind Cadillac with the benefits of a modern car with the style and panache of a vintage Cadillac.

In last months edition, we started talking about the 2 X National Drift Champion, Jason Webb’s new Ford Mustang Convertible that will be competing in the Super Drift Series here in South Africa. On the 24th May, people came together from all around SA for the launch of the Roush 5.0 Mustang aka “The Monstang”. This was held at the Ford Performance Centre, based in Centurion.
Clone Runner
In 1965, Muscle Car production was in full swing and manufacturers were putting mid-size models on the market with big V8’s. The Plymouth Satellite was first introduced in 1965 and was available in a two door hard top and also a convertible. The Satellite was the top of the line model and stayed there until 1967 when Plymouth introduced the GTX as its new top model. However, this was short lived because in 1968 Plymouth introduced the Road Runner.
