Priority to Agniveers in CAPF entry: Shah
A day after the government announced Agnipath scheme envisaging recruitment of youths into the armed forces for a four-year stint as 'Agniveers', Union home minister Amit Shah announced that these Agniveers, upon completion of their tenure as soldiers, airmen or sailors, will be accorded priority for recruitment into the central paramilitary forces (CAPFS) and Assam Rifles.
